  • Does Quick Auto Connect own the vehicles it sells?
  • No. Quick Auto Connect does not stock any vehicle inventory. We simply provide an online marketplace to connect buyers to sellers.
  • Do you store my payment information?
  • We do not store any of your financial information. The only information we store is your transaction history: which vehicles you have purchased or sold, vehicles you have saved, and the profile information you have entered into our system.
  • What if I want to purchase a car but the seller is unresponsive?
  • If a seller does not respond to your inquiry within 48 hours, please contact us and we will do our best to help facilitate your request.
  • What if I want to inspect the vehicle prior to making a purchase?
  • We encourage you to inspect any vehicle prior to finalizing your transaction. In fact, we would caution you to be wary of any seller who refuses to allow a pre-sale inspection. We do our best to ensure our sellers follow best practices, but we cannot guarantee every car listed on our site. You must still exercise good sense and remember that you are purchasing a used car online direct from a seller, NOT an online car lot.
  • I own a local car lot and would like to set up an account to sell multiple vehicles. Is that possible?
  • Yes! We welcome your business. We have set up our database to handle multiple listings. Simply register, fill in your vendor details and you may begin listing your vehicles. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact us.
  • Do you have any safeguards for protecting buyers from potential scams?
  • Yes. Our team is constantly monitoring our listings to protect buyers from fraudulent activity. If you suspect fraud in any of our listings, please contact us immediately so we can investigate further.
  • Do you have any safeguards for protecting sellers from potential scams?
  • We advise all sellers not to accept personal checks and to exercise extreme caution before accepting wire transfers or other electronic funds. If you have encountered fraudulent activity from a buyer on our site, please contact us immediately to report the buyer and we will block them from further activity on our site.
